Sending Communications System Messages to Users

You can send email messages to Users via the Communications System (Com System) directly from the User page. On the ControlPanel:

1. Click  on the Users menu to expand it.
2. Click Users.
3. Use the Filters section to search for the Users you want to work with.
4. Scroll down if necessary to view the Users section.
5. Click next to the Users to whom you want to send a message.
6. Select Send Message from the Actions drop-down list. The Com System opens with the selected username already listed in the To field.
7. Type a Subject and a Message.
8. Click Send. The message is sent through the Taleo Learn internal communications system.
